health care vs health brokering

I am lost in the descriptions for health care and its costs. Someone pains that the more people enrolled in a plan the less expensive the contributions. Other aches are over over what insurance covers. The general prescription is that health care, which is in my opinion a misnomer and should be called “heath brokering,” is too expensive. Then why the nauseating opinions on what is called Obamacare. The end means of a health plan is to have the largest enrollment for payments that are affordable. Maybe the symptoms of that health plan aren't appealing, but if the nation can get together for a health plan that would be the largest enrollment I can imagine. But naysayers continue to treat it as socialism or a monopoly. Which is our better definition: health care or health brokering?
