Naked man kicks in his neighbor's door
UPPER CHICHESTER, Pa. — A man who stripped down to the buff and kicked in the door of a house faces charges of lewdness and indecent exposure.
The Delaware County Times reported that Miguel Mateo Rodriguez, 27, startled a homeowner on Monday night by kicking his door in while wearing no clothes.
