Fred, can you cite a source for your claim. Regardless of 34% or 40%, the wealthiest 1% still only pay about 28% of ALL taxes, which is still not paying their fair share. What part of not paying their fair share do you not understand? Please, stop arguing the wealthy do not receive benefits far in excess of what they pay.
