Yes, I realize Lincoln didn't use his Android to get tickets to the Ford Theatre. I totally misspoke. I didn't mean the FCC has had authority for 150 years. I meant to say the Federal government has had authority over states rights for 150 years. Now all of a sudden tea partiers come out of the woodwork trying to do things like outlaw abortion by state when it is a federal law.
