Barbara DeWalt

Barbara E. DeWalt, 70, of Sarver passed away at 11:20 p.m. Friday at her home.

Born Aug. 9, 1940, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Philip Mitzel and Betty Kunz Mitzel.

She was a member of the Sarver Free Methodist Church.

Barbara is survived by her husband, John DeWalt, who she married June 11, 1960; two sons, John and his wife, Danna, DeWalt of Sarver and Daniel and his wife, Shelia, DeWalt, of Cabot; four daughters, Diane and her husband, Tony, Novotny of Cabot, Sandra and her husband, Kevin, McCafferty of Butler, Linda and her husband, John, Sudano of Sarver and Barbara Thomas of Sarver; and 19 grandchildren.

<B>DEWALT</B> — Friends of Barbara E. DeWalt, who died Friday, March 4, 2011, will be received at the <B>Thompson-Miller Funeral Home</B>, 124 E.
