2 suspects caught in bank robbery
PENN TWP — Two men were held Wednesday afternoon in connection with the robbery of the Mars National Bank along Route 8.
The robbery occurred about noon Wednesday.
The two suspects were caught within a few hours. They were taken to the township municipal building for questioning.
The bank was closed after the robbery with police from Penn and Butler townships investigating.
Police made no public comment about the robbery.
