Fire damages house this afternoon
FRANKLIN TWP — A two-story brick house was hit by a fire at 12:34 p.m. today.
About 40 firefighters from eight departments, including Butler, were battling the fire at 221 Woodhawk Lane just off Route 422.
The house initially appeared to be a total loss.
