I doubt your scenario took place Joe. The CEO/company owner and the tea party activist would not have time to sit around and have tea and crumpets. They would have been busy working so they could pay the taxes that go to pay the public employee so he can skip work, get a phony medical excuse, get paid and complain that he doesn't get enough pay, time off and benefits.
