You want your internet rates to fluctuate depending upon what you search? It's already happening on wireless networks because the Net Neutrality rules weren't extended to wireless. I am a big fan of Netflix and Pandora and I don't want to be forced to buy Infinity so Comcast can have exclusive rights to movies.
