Im sorry I am compelled to write this Letter after much diligence in trying to find local assistance. I know of someone who has a family member fighting a battle with Cancer. Its so very sad. To my dismay in trying to assist them with this Crisis, I have been searching for an Agency or any Professional who can help family members DURING the death process, not only after. Sadly, I have been unable to find such help. There are a gizillion services for Familys of Drug Addicts & Alcoholics-go figure!!! But yet, there arent any for a non-self inflicated Crisis. How sad is this?? Is there anyone out here in my Hometown that can help my friends? Or me for that fact of the matter to possibley put a Program in to place for those who are truely suffering such loss of a loved one, not after they're gone, but during the process they/we are also greiving & it is be extremely stressful?????
