In loving memory of our beloved brother, son and father, Steve Russo.

This Christmas season has brought much sadness. Our pain is immeasurable and our tears continue to flow. We try to make sense of it all as to why and how someone could just take a life. What did it resolve? What did it accomplish? Your senseless passing will challenge us all and we will continue to ask our Lord, Jesus Christ, to provide His grace and blessings. There will be no gifts for you to open this year. There will be an empty seat at our dinner table. There will be an emptiness within us, never to be filled. We will miss your smile. We will think of the great memories you provided for us and your unbelievable wit and knowledge. Your experience and teaching methods will be hard for anyone to fill. I dare anyone say that teachers are a dime a dozen and can be replaced. The lives you touched and the impact you made is felt through your students. Our family may have severed temporarily but our spirit has never faded and faith will heal our wounds. You will never be forgotten and justice will be served. We truly love you Steve and may the Lord our God have you rest in peace. So as all of you are enjoying your Christmas celebration take a few extra minutes to hug each other, respect each other, resolve your differences, cling to the memories and pray and thank the Lord for His gifts, His love and the birth of Jesus. This is what makes the Christmas season bright. Merry Christmas Steve. Till we meet again. (by the way I got you a wallet) — just kidding.
