HUD & Drugs!!
Atta girl Sandy,you could not have said it better,i am with you. i think there should be madatory drug testing for anyone in the HUD/Welfare system, you test positve for anything--NO WELFARE!!! That would solve 90% of our problem.I think access should pay for food,milk,juice,tiolet paper and soap, not soda,beef jerkey and candy!
