Does anyone realize how many properties there are in Butler that are HUD subsidized? While I don't have a problem with this, I do have a problem with people taking advantage of the system. I know of two different persons who have people living with them who either use a different address (so they don't get caught) or whatever. One of the people is in the meth program, is on probation and works under the table at a BAR! (that's totally against probation rules). So here this last one is, using HUD, collecting welfare benefits, hitting the local methadone clinic, living with her boyfriend (who uses a different address), working under the table and who's paying for it? US!!!!!!

The other has two children who are never with her, she has 3 other people living in the house, collects some welfare benefits (although she does work) and one of the people living with her runs drugs.....

Guess what! We've tried reporting this one to HUD and still NOTHING has been done. The other 3 are still in the house and still running their drugs.....did you say report to the police and CYS? I did that - gee CYS wanted to show me pictures of what a house has to look like before they would remove a child from the home and they would literally have to SEE someone abusing drugs. When did our country get so screwed up? Your thoughts and opinions and suggestions are most welcome.
