2 recovering after ATV goes off cliff
NEW CASTLE — Police say two people are recovering after the all-terrain vehicle they were riding crashed over a 20-foot cliff. New Castle police, who haven’t identified the man and woman, say both suffered serious back injuries but were conscious as they were rescued about 10:30 p.m. Monday.
The crash occurred near Neshannock Creek.
