GIBSONIA — Tickets are still available to see the Neil Simon comedy, “Barefoot in the Park,” continuing Friday and Saturday at the Kean Theatre inside The Washington Place, 5847 Meridian Road.

In the play, Paul Bratter, a conservative young lawyer, marries a vivacious young woman, Corrie. Their highly passionate relationship descends into comical discord as they live in a tiny, sixth-floor New York City walk-up apartment.

They soon realize they have little in common but love and maybe that’s not enough.

“Barefoot in the Park” has been presented worldwide to audiences over the last 50 years.

The Kean cast includes Chris Bondi of Hampton Township, Laura Lee Brautigam of Pittsburgh, Susan Allardice of Bradford Woods, Bob Meals of Butler and Tom Mirth of Glenshaw.

The box office and backstage bar open at 7 p.m., followed by the performance at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Tickets are $29.

An optional dinner will be served beforehand at Atria’s Restaurant & Tavern locations. Tickets for dinner and the play are $41.

To order tickets, call 724-444-5326 or visit www.keantheatre.com.
