BRITTANY VOGEL (Butler), a junior on the Washington & Jefferson College women’s swimming team, was named President’s Athletic Conference Women’s Swimmer-Diver of the Week. She won the 200 breaststroke, 200 individual medley and 200 backstroke at the Baldwin-Wallace meet and won two events at the Chatham meet.

BLAINE MILLER (Grove City College), a junior running back, was named PAC Offensive Football Player of the Week after carrying 33 times for 225 yards and two touchdowns in the Wolverines’ 35-21 victory over Thiel.

MONICA GLOMB (Mars), a senior pitcher on the Kutztown University softball team, was elected as co-captain for the 2011 season.

MEGHAN FRANZ (Seneca Valley), a sophomore on the California (Pa.) University volleyball team, was selected first-team, All-PSAC. She had a career-high 280 kills this season to go with 129 blocks.
