What this election proved is that voters, whether Republican, Democrat, Independent, or Tea Party are not happy with the direction the current administration in Washington has taken the USA. Voters are very concerned about such issues as massive spending programs,the new health care law,crushing debt(currently over $14 trillion),and unemployment. I wouldn't refer to people who voted as uneducated, more accurately they are dissatisfied and disillusioned.

Also, party affiliation has nothing to do with the integrity of our elected officials. There are plenty of scoundrels in both parties who put their personal gain above those who they were chosen to represent.
