SLIPPERY ROCK —The Tri-STate Country Music Association will host a benefit for Danny's Hope Fund from 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the Slippery Rock Township Building, 155 Branchton Road.The event benefits Daniel Christiana, who is a quadriplegic as a result of an accident.Tickets are $3 at the door. Memories in Music and Shalico Cowboys will perform live. The event includes a 50/50 raffle and Chinese auction.

Rotary Clubs of Butler will host the 51st annual Rotary Pancake Festival from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Nov. 2 at the Vagabond Center in Lyndora with proceeds benefiting the Lifesteps' Family Caring Fund.Tickets are $6 in advance and $7 at the door.
