Patricia Conner

Patricia "Pat" A. Conner, 63, of Ford City, died Friday at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland.

She was born Aug. 21, 1947 in Kittanning, a daughter of the late Paul and Mary (Husar) Surovic.

She worked as a bakery clerk for the Giant Eagle in Sarver. Pat was a member of Christ, Prince of Peace Church in Ford City. She also was a member of the C.U. Club, Ford City Eagles Auxiliary and the Jednota Branch 200.

Pat loved her rock garden, going to flea markets, weekend traveling with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving are her husband, Jim Conner of Ford City; one daughter, Michelle Conner of Saxonburg; one son, Jim Conner of Ford City; six grandchildren, Mandy, Jason, Matthew, Kaylie, Hunter and Morgan; and one brother, Paul Surovic of Ford City.

Conner, who died Friday, Sept. 17, 2010, will be welcomed by her family from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the <B>Welch Funeral Home</B>, 1032 Fourth Ave., Ford City.Parting prayers of transfer will be recited at 10 a.m. Wednesday.
