Fred, do you actually read your links? First, I state that NO ONE ever lost a farm due to the inheritance tax. You send me a link proving that point that no one lost a farm to the inheritance tax because the article is a FEW examples of people who had a hard time paying off the tax on property they inherited. They did not lose their property. Case closed on my point about farms and the inheritance tax.

The last link you sent to me does not prove anything. All it is about is how much the richest Americans' wealth is through inheritance. It says nothing about how they first got their money. Your point is not proven by that article of how most of the wealthiest Americans initially got their money, and that is through inheritance. Your link did not disprove my point at all. Again, the article only states how much a person's wealth is through inheritance, not how they first got that money.

For example, a person who has $100 million may have inherited $9 million. Do you really believe they would have had that $100 million if they did not first inherit millions?

My point about the inheritance tax is that if you do not work for a large amount of money, you should pay a tax on it.

Once again, Fred, your links prove absolutely nothing.

Doesn't it seem funny how a person who lives in one of the richest suburbs in America is so vocal about defending the wealth of the richest Americans that they did not work for when the gap between the richest and poorest Americans has never been greater?
