YORK — Police in central Pennsylvania say a 92-year-old man was held up at gunpoint while visiting his wife's grave.

Police say the robber made off with the victim's wallet after accosting him around noon Wednesday.

The man tells police that he heard a vehicle approaching while he was visiting the Prospect Hill Cemetery near York.

He tells police that a white man in his late 20s or early 30s pulled a gun from his waistband and demanded the wallet. The robber then drove off.

Cemetery owner Jack Sommer tells the York Daily Record that the elderly man is a regular visitor. He says staff members now will accompany visitors to gravesites if they feel uncomfortable going alone.

LIGONIER — Three women have sued a Pittsburgh-area amusement park for cell phone pictures taken of them in a swimming pool changing area by a 15-year-old park employee who was fired over the incident.Police cited the boy for disorderly conduct after determining he attached the phone to a broom handle so he take pictures over a changing room wall. A woman notified security when she saw the phone's red blinking light.An Idlewild spokesman confirmed the boy was fired, but declined comment on the suit's allegations.
