joe ,, really those infrastructure projects are pet projects. now the birmingham bridge getting replaced or perhaps rte 8 get fixed would be a true upgrade, can you really say hollywood getting roads resurfaced was truly needed,, no just payback for a vote bought. perhaps all the calcium cloride they use in hollywood and pueto rico have taken its toll.. nope joe paybacks for votes bought . the tunnel under the river is a big joke,, not needed for anything other then football and baseball patrons.and way overbudget.. just keep those blinders on. the port auth is in debt, pittsburghs retirement is in debt, bridges falling apart and roads with massive potholes and you can still defend the tunnel> wow wake up
