Douglas E. Bastin
Douglas Eugene Bastin, 49, of Sarver passed away Thursday.
Born July 15, 1961, in Natrona Heights, he was the son of Emil and Catherine (Gassler) Bastin.
Doug was a graduate of Knoch High School.
He was an interior woodworker for George Davis and Barrington Homes.
He was a member of the Sarver Veterans Club.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, riding his motorcycle, being outdoors and hanging out with his friends.
Surviving are his loving wife, Jackie (Crawford) Bastin, whom he married Feb. 2, 2002; his son, Adam Bastin of Sarver; his mother and father, Emil and Catherine Bastin of Las Vegas; his two sisters, Linda Padach of Las Vegas, and Sandy Neely of Plant City, Fla.; his nephew, Branden Kristofic of Las Vegas; his two nieces, Lindsay Neely and Nicole Smith, both of Plant City; his aunt, Phyllis Gassler of Las Vegas; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
