Remote throwing dad near deal
IRWIN — A man has agreed to a tentative plea bargain on charges that he threw a television remote control at his 8-year-old son's head.
Forty-seven-year-old Scott Lackey, of Irwin, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday and has tentatively agreed to plead guilty to endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault and harassment for the alleged incident Aug. 15.
