ORLANDO, Fla. — Henry Rogowski, 49, a Pittsburgh police officer, was arrested by Orlando police Sunday after a Universal Orlando Resort worker allegedly saw him shoplift two Harry Potter-theme photo albums, bookmarkers and a keychain, valued at $300.

When confronted, police say Rogowski admitted he took those items because the registers were busy and he didn't feel like waiting.

Rogowski posted $1,000 bail Monday.
