Rattigan

Allene Foster Rattigan, 91, of Henderson, Nev., formerly of Butler, died Wednesday at the Odyssey Harbor Hospice in Las Vegas. She had lived in Nevada since 1977.

She was born Aug. 30, 1918, in Butler, a daughter of the late Frank F. Foster Sr. and the late Grace Coleman Foster.

Allene was the widow of Joseph H. Rattigan, who died April 13, 1975.

Surviving are one son, Howard F. "Chip" Rattigan of Las Vegas; two daughters, Marianne Davidson of Henderson, Nev., and Karen Colley Vargo and her husband, Jim Vargo, of Butler; and one brother, Hugh Foster of Chicago. Six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews also survive her.

A great-granddaughter, three brothers and a sister preceded her in death.

<B>RATTIGAN</B> — There will be no visitation. Funeral services for Allene Foster Rattigan, who died Wednesday, June 23, 2010, will be private.
