The big inning continues to plague the Butler BlueSox.

Chillicothe (Ohio) scored 11 runs in the bottom of the eighth inning to turn a tight game into a 16-1 win over the BlueSox in Prospect League baseball Monday night.

Zach Duggan and John Sulzicki each had a double for Butler.

Slippery Rock 7, Hannibal (Mo.) 5 — Jeremy Banks doubled twice, his 14th and 15th two-baggers of the season, as the Sliders scored two runs in the top of the ninth for the victory.Hannibal had tied the score at 5 with three runs in the bottom of the eighth inning.Mark Allen Bounds picked up the win in relief for Slippery Rock.
