CRAFTON — One man was in custody after a SWAT standoff at a residence near Pittsburgh.

Police say the incident began after somebody reported that a shot or shots were fired during an argument inside an apartment complex in Crafton. Police say that happened sometime after midnight Sunday.

Police say the suspect refused to come out for a time, but finally surrendered about 5 a.m. Monday.
