Lena T. Steiner O'Hara, 92, of Butler died Sunday at the Good Samaritan Hospice at Concordia.

She was born April 14, 1918, in Butler, a daughter of the late John and Angela DeSantis Christofano.

Lena worked for the United Telephone Service and Sprint Telephone in Butler for 22 years until her retirement in 1983. She was also a homemaker, mother, and grandmother and was a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler.

Lena was married twice. Her first husband, Abner F. Steiner, preceded her in death on March 21, 1961. Her second husband, Omer F. "Pat" O'Hara, who she married June 14, 1965, died on April 11, 1999.

Surviving are a son, William J. Steiner and his wife, Barbara Steiner, of Butler; a daughter, Joyce V. Klann of Butler; five grandchildren, Bill Steiner, Robert Steiner, Kristine Klann Carpenter, Eric Klann and Greg Klann; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Lena was the last surviving member of her immediate family, and she was preceded in death by two brothers and five sisters.

<B>O'HARA —</B> Friends of Lena T. Steiner O'Hara, who died Sunday, June 20, 2010, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the <B>GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME,</B> 201 E. Cunningham St. in Butler. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler. Entombment will follow at the Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum.St. Paul's Guild and Christian Mothers will meet at 9:40 a.m. Friday at the church to recite the rosary.
