PENN HILLS — Authorities have identified two men shot and killed early Tuesday in Penn Hills.

The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's office says the victims were 34-year-old Shawn Houser of Erie and 27-year-od Jaison Houser of Penn Hills.

Police say Jaison Houser was shot to death in the sport-utility vehicle he was driving from a bar at about 2:30 a.m. Tuesday. They say his half brother ran from the car but later died.
