All too often, residents complain about the service they don't, and sometimes even do, receive from our local government office. I would like to take a moment to give credit where it's due.

I placed a call to the Department of Streets, leaving a message with regard to a back alley that required resurfacing because it serves as the only right of way to my home, and it is owned by the city.

With no further communication, and within two days, the department came to my home and resurfaced the alley in question, doing a fantastic job!
