Flash Flood in Philly
People try to push a van out of a flooded section of the Cobbs Creek Parkway on Tuesday in the aftermath of a heavy rainstorm in Philadelphia. Flash flooding in parts of Philadelphia and neighboring counties prompted rescue crews to use boats to rescue stranded motorists from their cars. Crews also rescued a man trapped next to the pillar of a rail bridge in the city.
