Yes, Herbie, I want the economy to go into the tank further. Keep ranting, it's typical. The Braddock hospital was slated to close in Oct, 2009. Healthcare reform didn't even get passed into law until this March. There is no way that Health Care Reform had anything to do with West Penn's Emergency Room closing as 99% of it hasn't even started yet. Good try, though.
