Harold R. "Pete" Jamison, 76, of Gibsonia, Richland Township, passed away Sunday.

Mr. Jamison proudly served his country during the Korean conflict in the U.S. Army.

After 46 years of dedicated service as a truck driver, he retired from Tesone Transport Inc.

He was the beloved husband for 49 years of the late Margaret A. (Wills) Jamison, who passed away July 17, 2008. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his brother, Robert "Bob" Jamison; and a sister, Jean Sedwick.

He was the loving father of Susan (Stephen) Neely of Mars and John (Barbara) Jamison of Valencia; dear brother of Janet McCandless of Chicora and Larry Jamison of Parker; and proud and loving grandfather of Tyler, Erin, John, Zachary, Seth and Savanna.
