Albert Allen Perkins
Albert Allen Perkins, 66, of Butler passed away Thursday at Butler Memorial Hospital.
He was born Sept. 20, 1943, in Triune, Tenn., the son of the late Jerry Wash Perkins and Martha Perkins.
Albert was a member of Christ Community Methodist Church.
He enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting, gardening, watching the Steelers and playing baseball.
He retired from the UPS after 33 years of service.
Surviving are his wife, Gladys Perkins, whom he married June 9, 1979; a daughter, Carol Perkins Cooper of Nashville, Tenn.; two sons, Albert Allen Perkins II and his wife, Brittney, of Butler and Albert Roberto Perkins of Nashville, Tenn.; a grandson, Kendrell Perkins of Nashville, Tenn.; a step-granddaughter, Haley Curtis of Butler; two sisters, Fannie Turner of Springfield, Ohio, and Mary Frazier and her husband, William, of Nashville, Tenn.; and two brothers, James K. Perkins and his wife, Mary, of Nashville, Tenn., and John Perkins of Nashville, Tenn.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and a sister.
