Funeral services for Staff Sgt. Bryan A. Hoover, 29, a native of Elizabeth Township who had been living in Lyndora, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Elizabeth Forward High School auditorium, which is southeast of Pittsburgh.

Hoover, who served two tours in the Middle East with the U.S. Marine Corps before joining the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, died in a suicide bomber's attack on June 11 while he was on foot patrol in Zabul Province, Afghanistan.

Visitation will be from noon to 3 and 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday and Monday at the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, 221 Second St., Elizabeth, Pa.
