Kenneth Lee McMurdy Sr.

In loving memory of my beloved husband, Kenneth Lee McMurdy Sr., who passed away two years ago today, May 18th.

Ken,

It has been two years, but it seems like an eternity since I have heard your voice and your hearty unique laugh.

Everything is green and the birds are chirping again, but with you absent from this world nothing is "normal" and it feels like these "normal" spring occurrences should NOT be happening.

Many times I have heard the words "you have to go on," but doing that without you in my life is the hardest thing I have ever had to do.

You are on my mind every minute of every day, and every day is such a challenge.

On May 18, 2008 you and I were talking to each other one minute and then the next minute you were "gone" without any warning.

We

always said "goodbye" to each other, but we did not get that chance with our final "goodbye."The worst part of this nightmare is how your death is so unfair to you and to our family. You had so much to live for and so much to do yet.You were the "Greatest Grand Pap" ever. All three of our precious, beautiful babies are so unique and so special. You would be in your glory and you would be so proud of them! You are missing so much and they are missing SO MUCH not to know you.I miss you so very much. My heart remains broken.
