Here are winners from Tuesday's primary.

In two major races, Mike Kelly of Butler won the Republican nomination in the 3rd Congressional District over five other candidates, and statewide U.S. Rep. Joe Sestak beat incumbent Arlen Specter for the Democratic nomination for U.S. Senate.
