No one has a problem paying for good quality teachers. But lets fire the bad ones. Oh thats right..darn union. LOL.
Get rid of the unions so good teachers can get paid and bad ones fired. Simple. Do you agree? This way we can retain quality. We dont have to waste tax payer monies on teachers who dont appreciate their craft.
