The Butler Summer Dramatics Project will present the musical "Bye Bye Birdie" this summer.

The show about pop music star Conrad Birdie's last few days before he joins the Army will go on at 7:30 p.m. July 29, 30 and 31 and at 2 p.m. Aug. 1 at the Succop Theater at Butler County Community College.

Auditions will be held at 7 p.m. May 30 and June 1 at St. Peter Roman Catholic Church hall on Franklin Street.

No experience is required. Youths age 10 to 25 may audition.
