A teachers strike is when the teachers decide not to go to work. So therefore, the root cause of a teachers strike would be teachers reusing to go to work and teach. They do so of their own choice, no school board could force a teacher to strike. Therefore, your contention is incorrect.

Oh, and BTW, i think Wendy made it pretty clear a while ago she is not in favor of teachers strikes. She is entitled to that opinion, without you being so rude questioning he rationale. She told you why, you just are unwilling to listen.
