If teachers want to be paid because there job is so important that they educate. That let them lose money when they dont. Risk & Reward.

Everyone works hard for his/her money and I for one pay you salary with my taxes. Sorry that offends you. When I pay for something I should have a say. And likewise if you dont like it, then simply walk away. You dont have to take my money. It what I want to offer. Go look for your money somewhere else.

Also comparing states because of pay is not very logical at all. It might not be the bad teachers are in AZ because of low pay. It might just be all the stupid people are there. There is no scientific fact. How bout we take all the free programs away and give that money to teachers. Oh thats right they will go and get a teaching degree then go on strike to get there free welfare check again.

Thats the other thing teachers who strike are basically going on welfare and collecting foodstampls. Lets be honest they have no problems with that but yet they will complain about others getting foodstamps. Amazing.

I said this before and always will.

Do away with your unions and then complain and see were that gets you like the rest of us.

Appreciate your job ask for your raises if you get them good if not maybe next year.
