Hi Fred, you sure did say a mouth full when you said, "Educators chose their field willingly, realizing that they will never be wealthy." My only question to "SOME" of them is can they really live with it? I'd like you to come back to PA and attend a school board meeting while the strike is going on. It's heart wrenching. The community is riped apart. Our children suffer. I WISH I had all the answers, but as I've stated before I don't. If we could find another way to fund our public schools I think we would be onto something positive on all sides. We could pay the teachers more and encourage new people to enter the field. Unfortunately, that hasn't happened yet. One thing is for sure the teachers DO deserve to make a good living I don't think anyone denies that. You know what I'm saying it's all been said before.
