The Butler County Symphony Association will perform "Hear Us Now" with pianist Mihae Lee at 7:30 p.m. April 24

Butler band About a Mile will lead off a concert Friday at Net Outreach, 100 Center Ave. Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show will begin about 7:45 p.m. The Christian band with a rock sound will be filming a live video for its Web site. The Rock at Knoch will take place Saturday at Knoch High School on Dinnerbell Road, Saxonburg. Bands will play for about 30 minutes. The first band will go on at 1 p.m. and the last will begin at about 9 p.m. This battle of the bands show will have a ticket vote to determine the winner. The concert will feature works by composer Maurice Duruflé.
