Kevin, the question should be, "Are you kidding?" Mike Kelly may not have his business today if it were not for government intervention in GM. He could have easily not taken any sales in regards to Cash for Clunkers if he so choose, but he did not! Someone cannot be against a government program if they take money from it, no matter what they say.
