Why Baltimore, MD?
I just got a bill from Butler Memorial Hospital - OUR COMMUNITY HOSPITAL. Imagine my surprise when I saw that I was supposed to send my payment to Baltimore, MD! Why can't Butler Hospital hire people FROM BUTLER to process payments? This is ridiculous, and I think everyone should complain.
