Mike Kelly's hypocrisy
Mike Kelly, Rep Kathy Dahlkemper's likely opponent in this November's election, accepted "cash for clunkers" money from the federal government. Kelly is a Butler-area car dealer whose dealerships received $625,500 in federal stimulus money under the cash for clunkers program.
Yet Mr. Kelly, on his website, claims among other things that he "got into the race for Congress is because he believes that the bailout bills that have passed Congress put Wall Street before Main Street." This is precisely the type of hypocrisy by the GOP that I am talking about: claim that "government is too big" to appeal to the radical Tea Party set, but take large amounts of government aid when you think no one will notice (See also: the Grove City Borough council).
Please spread the word of Mike
Kelly's hypocrisy.
