PITTSBURGH — A second teen has been arrested in the fatal shooting of a Pittsburgh woman who police say was an innocent bystander.

Police charged Robert Brown, 16, Thursday in the weekend shooting death of 60-year-old Cheryl Esseny in the city's Homewood neighborhood.

Investigators say Brown and 15-year-old Anthony Thomas each fired at a passing vehicle from a railroad trestle on Saturday evening. One of the bullets struck Esseny, who had just left a nearby library.
