A concert featuring Peter Yarrow of the folk trio Peter, Paul and Mary will benefit the PEAL Center (Parent Education and Advocacy Leadership Center) and Yarrow's nonprofit foundation Operation Respect. The show is scheduled for 8 p.m. March 16 at the Four Points by Sheraton Pittsburgh North, Cranberry Township. As a member of that renowned musical trio for 49 years, he earned five Grammys and an Emmy nomination, recorded eight gold and five platinum albums and had six Top 10 hits. His songwriting has produced some of the most moving songs Peter, Paul and Mary recorded, including "Puff, the Magic Dragon," "Light One Candle" and "The Great Mandala." <B>Amateur singers</B> and dancers of all ages will perform in the St. Barnabas Charities version of "American Idol" and "Dancing with the Stars."
