ALTOONA — A woman wanted for allegedly kidnapping her half sister's baby in Massachusetts has been arrested after a multistate search.

Massachusetts State Police said today 38-year-old Kimberly Johnson was arrested Monday night at an Altoona women's shelter, where she had used an alias and a stolen ID.

Johnson had been sought since Thursday, when authorities said she took 13-month-old Jaylin Boudria from a gas station in Swansea, Mass. The baby was found unharmed a few hours later in a Middletown, Conn., industrial park.

Police and prosecutors said they are working with Pennsylvania authorities to arrange Johnson's return to face a Massachusetts kidnapping charge.
